We stand behind every product we build and ship. If something isn’t working as expected, we’ll help you determine why, and, if needed, authorize a return or repair.

Most issues can be resolved quickly without the need for a return, so please review the steps below before proceeding.

Before You Request a Return

Optispark distributors are often blamed for problems caused by other components or installation factors. Because of this, all Optispark return requests must begin with our Troubleshooting Form →

Every Optispark is bench tested prior to shipping, so it’s guaranteed to operate upon delivery. Before assuming a fault, please:

  • Verify spark output and fuel injector pulse
  • Inspect wiring, grounds, and connectors for damage, corrosion, or poor connections

If you’re still having trouble, we’re happy to schedule a quick technical call before proceeding with a return.

⚠️ Do not return any item without authorization, as unauthorized shipments will be refused.

Requesting a Return (General Products)

To request a return or exchange for any other item:

  1. Email support@throwbackautomotive.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request and may offer troubleshooting steps or schedule a tech call.
  3. If a return is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions via email.

Returns sent without authorization or outside our guidelines will be refused.
