Petris Enterprises Return Policy
Petris Enterprises is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy on most items for your convenience.
RETURN POLICY
- All returns require prior authorization obtained via email. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the sender's expense.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
- Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) expire within 10 business days of issuance.
- Items must not be used, installed, disassembled, or altered in any way.
- Parts that are previously installed, tampered with, damaged (including during return shipping), modified, or incomplete are ineligible for refund and will be returned at your expense.
- All returned parts are subject to quality, operation, and/or performance tests conducted by Petris Enterprises.
- Return shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility unless the product is deemed defective. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.
- Petris Enterprises is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
- Refunds for eligible returns will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping and insurance costs.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Books, ebooks, special-order products, custom-made products, installed parts, electrical parts, and wiring harnesses are not eligible for refund.
- Installed parts and electrical parts are covered only against manufacturer defects and are subject to warranty exchange.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse are not returnable.
- Petris Enterprises is not liable for labor expenses, towing, rental cars, or any other costs incurred due to the use of incorrect or defective parts during installation. It is the installer's responsibility to verify the correctness of all parts before installation.
- Petris Enterprises reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that have been used, installed contrary to manufacturer instructions, or improperly handled.
RETURN PROCEDURE
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) online.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories, hardware, and instructions.
- Ship the item via UPS or FedEx with a tracking number and insurance.
- The returned item(s) will be inspected and tested as needed.
- If your return meets the policy guidelines, a refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued within 30 business days of receiving the returned item. Credit card refunds may take 4-7 business days to post to your account.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Cancellations are only allowed if the order has not yet been shipped and are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Refused shipments will incur a two-way shipping charge.
