Return Policy

Petris Enterprises wants to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. For your convenience we offer a 30 day return policy on most items.

RETURN POLICY

  • You must obtain authorization online or via phone prior to shipping your return. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you.
  • All return merchandise authorizations expire within 10 business days.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
  • Items must not be used, previously installed, disassembled, or altered in any way.
  • Parts that have been previously installed, tampered with, damaged (including during return shipping), modified, or incomplete are ineligible for a refund and will be returned to you at your expense.
  • All returned parts are subject to quality, operation, and/or performance tests by Petris Enterprises.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges unless a product is deemed defective. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.
  • Returns lost in shipping will not be refunded.

You will be issued a full refund for returned items that meet the above requirements, less shipping and insurance.

Items damaged due to improper installation and/or abuse are not returnable. Petris Enterprises will not be responsible for any labor expenses, towing, rental car, or any other expense caused by the use of wrong parts or defective parts during installation. The installer is responsible for verifying correctness of all parts prior to installation.

Petris Enterprises reserves the right to refuse to refund any item(s) that show evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions or improperly handled.

ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Books, ebooks, special-order products, custom-made products, installed parts, electrical parts, and wiring harnesses are not eligible for refund. Installed parts and electrical parts are only covered against manufacturer defects and are subject to warranty exchange only.

RETURN PROCEDURE

  • Obtain a return merchandise authorization online or by phone.
  • Securely pack the item, fully intact, in its original box with all accessories, hardware, and instructions.
  • Ship the item via UPS, FedEx, or USPS with a tracking number and insurance.
  • We will send you an email when we receive your return.
  • The returned item(s) will be inspected and tested as needed.
  • If your return meets the guidelines a full refund will be issued (parts and sales tax).
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of our receipt of the returned item.
  • Once approved and processed, a refund will be credited to you using the same payment method you used for your purchase. Please be aware that it may take 4-7 business days for the credit to post to your account or credit card.

CANCELLATION OF SALE

Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible during regular business hours. The window of opportunity to cancel an order is very limited. You may cancel an order if it has not already been shipped, subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of your total order cost. Refusal of merchandise will result in a two-way shipping charge.
